Country Business development manager for PSG consumer business
Preparation of competitive line-up offer to the market (Notebooks, Desktops, Monitors, accessories):
Competitive analysis of the current market situation for consumer products;
GFK reports analysis of Sell-Out: market trends, price points, market segmentation, market share;
Close collaboration with product marketing team, distributors, ”go to market team”, key retail partners ( Mvideo, Eldorado etc.);
Competitive pricing and configurations building based on market research;
Volumes forecasting, product mix, product life cycle management, product positioning strategy.
Long term and short term forecasting, shipment plan execution :
IDC reports analysis and forecasting: long term forecasting , target settings to ensure market share goals achievement.
Short term forecasting with distributors and retails: retail forecast collecting and consolidating; creating a shipment plan with distributors, controlling of order placing, execution, control of timely deliveries on a weekly basis in close touch with logistic and operational departments.
Improvement of forecasting process.
Reporting to Financial department: revenue forecast, margin forecast, actual execution, weighted average unit price calculations etc.
Preparation and launch of channel partner programs (for distributors, retail partners) to develop sales of HP consumer products, achievement of revenue, margin , market share goals.
Tracking of programs fulfillment for partners.
Launch of activities in collaboration with PSG marketing team: marketing budget splitting, decision taking for marketing activities per retail partner, control of execution, analysis of Sell-out input, ROI analisys .
Tracking and analysis of Sell-Out, inventory, WOS of distributor’s and key retail partner, detecting slow-selling SKUs. Following Sell-Out increasing actions concerned with it.
Product Trainings:
Preparation of product presentations for PSG consumer, product demonstration;
Trainings for distributors, promoters, retail account managers.
Close collaboration with distributors, key retail partners:
Support to distributors, key retail partners;
Problems solving occurring while operating and collaborating;
Developing of relationship with partners;
Debt controlling, assuring of sufficient credit line availability.
Collaboration with CEE business development manager and other departments.
