Responsibilities • Oversees the BP’s construction activities from installation to handover of piping & mechanical systems related to stick-build, modules, and equipment (HVAC, High pressure Vessels, Valves, pumps, motors, high pressure compressors) within the MEI Blue areas of 3GP. • Responsible for supervising construction work and other duties as assigned/directed by the Area Construction Manager. • Supervises and coordinates the work activities with the ME&I BP, subcontractors, and vendor service reps, along with supporting resources and activities. Communicates with the PMT and BP craft supervisors on issues related to interfaces, sequence of work and SIMOPS. • Monitors construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards to achieve work efficiency and clean MC. • Plays an active role in the development of the safety and IIF culture on the project, making safety an integral part of all work performed. • Remains knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures as well as performs assigned duties in a safe manner and, while supervising others, has responsibility for their safety and ensures that they comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice safe work habits. • Ensure the Contractor performs work in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, cost control estimates and 120 Day schedule and 4 Week look ahead. • Monitors 4WLH Scheduled activities and ensures equipment, material and manpower requirements are met to support the established completion dates. • Coordinates craft personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules including SIMOPS operations. • Reviews work assignments with craft supervisors and gives instruction relative to the methods and procedures that support work being performed. • Participates in the close-out of construction complete IWP’s and QVD’s Key Deliverables • Weekly achievement of Discipline construction targets for work liquidation • Early identification of areas of concern with suggested ways to address before the areas of concern cause a delay in schedule or other adverse effects on the project. • Weekly reporting in support of construction targets and overall project completion. • Suggestions for improvement of construction execution with goal of achieving or beating project schedule. • Implementation of actions to address areas of concern and/or improvement opportunities as agreed with the Area Construction Manager and BP.

Rotating Equipment QC Inspector’s responsibilities: • Monitor all aspects of Quality Control relative to installation activities for rotating/static equipment, HVAC equipment levelling, equipment alignment during the construction to ensure adherence to the COMPANY technical requirements. • Monitors BP’s execution of the installation, pre-commissioning, and start-up of compressors, gas turbines, steam turbines, HVAC system, pumps and associated motor drives to ensure compliance with job specifications, functional performance, safety goals, and terms of contract. • Provide overall rotating package equipment technical leadership. • Installation & Inspection of Air Fin Cooler & Air cooled surface condenser include Alignment of setting plate, structure, tube bundle, louver, shaft, pulley, Blade Angle, Tip clearance, Belt tension, pressure testing / Dew point inspection for tube bundles, solo run of motor, Completion of inspection records etc. • Review, comment and approve work performed by Business Partner to ensure compliance to specifications, codes and standards. • Condition monitoring by checking vibrations, and operating parameters and report abnormality. • Monitor the site acceptance of new equipment based on no load/load run performance in the project. Preparing punch list for abnormalities of rotating equipment. • Assure Contractor accurately completes relevant Quality/ Regulatory verification documents (QVDs/ RVDs) in a timely manner in line with Construction progress (Installation Work packs). • Build team relationship with Business Partner (BP), by supporting and filling in the gaps • Mentor and coach BP to eliminate issues before they become an issue, clearly communicate quality expectations. Assess and report BP Quality performance to Advisors • Progressive engagements with construction/Engineering counterparts, know the SOW and construction schedule (4-8 week lookahead). • Have daily debriefing to status QVD completion with BP counterparts and report to Advisor. • Enforce and monitor adherence to Exhibit F-5 'Contractor Quality Requirements' • Implement regular Preservation / Quality walkdown with focus on "Build-It Clean" & monitor its effectiveness • Conduct surveillance and witness testing associated with equipment and systems in accordance with ITP. • Expectation is to work 60% of time in the field as a minimum. • Ensure BP’s working within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures and Site Instructions • Confirm testing parameters are duly recorded and that testing equipment is calibrated. • Review procedures for testing/examining components with the optimal method and techniques. • Provide weekly input to the QMS reporting system, with regards to trends and unresolved exceptions and problems. • Provide early warning of potential quality problems and ensure non-conformances are identified, tracked and closed • Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff. • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards • Adhere to and support TCO Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies • Support all HSE Activities / Initiatives • Participate in Behavioral Based Safety (Check IT). • Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) / Save a Life Program through reaching out and communicating with Business Partner (BP) Staff and trades personnel.

Monitoring of preservation and preparation commissioning plans for all rotating equipment, such as compressors, fans, HVAC system, motors, engines, pumps, generators and static equipment. Job responsibilities: - Creating the rotating equipment team from ZERO - Creating and explaining job description for team members, newcomers - Creating orders for necessary equipment and materials (JD Edwars E1, Ariba programms for procurement) - Writing procedures and other necessary documents for work plans (as changing preservation oil for bearings in pumps, motors, HVAC and etc) - Weekly checking warehouse and laydown areas for equipment and materials preservation (WMS) - Checking for field preservation of rotating equipment (borescope, fogging, using preservation materials for making maximal preservation for all equipment) - Checking for cold alignment (laser methods) - Preparing all equipment for QC department - Preparing all documents for MC Plus Planners - Preparing documentation/drawings for Work Packages from EDMS, Coreworks, MSDS - Preparing Work Packages for department - Responsible person for weekly Walk Down - Organize weekly inspection for customers and Vendors - Preparing materials for all stages of works - Checking productivity on site - Looking for any issues on site to find more corrective ways for deciding them - Participation/Organize meetings with Vendors/Clients/Contractors - Inspection areas of subcontractors, checking productivity

Mechanical technician maintaining all equipment connected with compressors or supporting them (Pipeline, pumps, coolers, AC, heat exchangers, Monometers) Maintenance/repair/commissioning of rotating/static equipment on Unit-2 (Siemens motors, Cummins engines, turbines, Thompson/Lowara/Sulzer pumps), working with Bently Nevada vibration diagnostic system, alignment with Baltech laser equipment. Supervising contractors for all way of working them. Documents responsibility, QC inspection after all works.
