ALEXY, SPECIALIST FOR: - Managing and running oil & gas facilities, manage contractors, upstream and downstream outfit, operations and interface, SIMOPS Procedure, monitoring and coordinating the site activities of EPC Contractor, onshore and offshore, ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, ensure that the FEED (Front End Engineering Design) or EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Contractors' Interface Plan are developed, then effectively implemented and monitored, guarantee professional communications between PMT (Project Management Team) and CET (Construction Engineering Team), inclusive LSTK (Lump Sum Turn Key) projects share, mechanical-piping coordination on Tank Farm; - Onshore / offshore mechanical-piping system: install, repairs, pipe cleaning (water flushing, steam flushing, and pigging, retro-jetting technique, etc.), cathodic protection, field-test, process corrosion monitoring, crossings activities, piping interface, QA/QC compliance, experience in piping design and piping structure of the large construction projects, including pipe support installation; - Maintenance and repairs of pipes, metallurgical requirements and possibility of welding for tubes, pipes, fittings, heat exchangers, petroleum tanks, bring together components: flanges, valves, reducing, elbows, tees, cross, nipples, couplings, and other pipes fittings use for pipes installation; - Piping work supervision: erection of carbon steel pipes, galvanized pipes, stainless steel pipes, also Duplex stainless steel pipes, lead pipes, zinc pipes, steel structure for piperack, pipes support location, pipes stringing out for welding or flange connection; - An expert in Fiberglass and Polyethylene pipes fabrication under AMERON / Singapore plus FPI / Abu Dhabi license (types named: GRE, GRP, RTRP, GRV, etc.), and under AGRU / Austria plus McELROY Manufacturing Inc. / Oklahoma, USA license (types named: HDPE, HDPP, etc.); - Develop and administer technical documents and site instruction: MS (Method of Statement), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), PTW (Permit To Work), CPTW (Consolidated Permit To Work), PSA (Pipe Stress Analysis), RAP (Risk Assessment Process), FPLLP (Final Piping Line List of the Project), SBP (Support Book of the Project), etc. - Field management: concentrate and clarify in a technical manner all site mechanical-piping installations, clearly identifying the show stoppers, provide explanation for supervisors to do work as per Technical Procedure and ensure that the field engineers receive all useful data in form of reports, drawings, technical specification, spare parts, etc., - Additional involvement during work on different projects and responsibilities for providing timely and accurate piping expertise along with recording all piping system have successful location made, manage technical aspects of site activities: a).Ensure that mechanical-piping activities are being performed in accordance with methodological procedures, writes specifications, standard reference, equipments are designed, manufactured and tested based on the specific project requirements, situated in specific area and ready for commissioning and start up. b). During my job abroad, site inspection done daily for compliance with contract documents, project requirements and mechanical-piping codes; sub-contractors coordination, review and respond to sub-contractors technical queries and coordinate with Engineering Department on technical issues by Kick-off Meeting, maintain project safety awareness, verify Method of Statements, Mechanical Manuals, provide technical support to the preparation of Field Change Request and monitor As-built drawings, coordinate contract packages, prepare Punch List and Test Packages, etc., provide engineering assistance to supervisors and foreman, verify materials and equipments , confirm quality and assure results meet design requirement, write technical reports, construction progress and summarize conclusions on weekly basis; - Competence to make available high quality levels of consultancy, engineering and project executive services for the Company’s management, carry out preliminary investigations to establish suitability and compatibility of pipe erection with existing structure, coordination and scheduling, potential in accordance with more than 25 years site engineering experience.
