My own company with the vision I keep telling everybody: the communications have changed dramatically, they are no longer a monologue, but the dialogue, where brands are usually excluded.
I don't "think" channels or messages anymore. The only thing that matters is the experience you create by all your touchpoints.

Don't waste your time here with HH format of CV.
I call myself a creative strategist because the industry I'm currently in is pushing every strategist this particular way. You don't have all the figures, you don't have them consistently gathered, you don't have shared rules. You just have to be very creative marketing specialist to be successful.
I drive strategic part for creative team, developing briefs and producing strategic products such as communication strategies. I share my vision with media team, together we transform it into media solutions.
We push our company into the train called "Digital", which is a pretty hard duty I have to say. No one likes to change.
I'm still asking "why" most of the time, still looking for the deeper understanding of people's behaviour.

Head of brand development department and strategic planning
I’m asking “why” most of the time, driving crazy brand and marketing managers in most cases. You’ll be surprised – how it's hard to find the answer sometimes. But, that’s part of my job – asking the right questions. And, of course, finding the answers.
I’ve build a few brands, developed dozen of strategies. But when it comes to you, it’s all about your professionalism and trust in a man in front of you, that’s what really important. Don’t buy cases, buy a person you trust.
Some samples:
• Ariston (communication strategy)
• Procter & Gamble (product’s launch plan)
• Synergy /Beluga vodka/ (communication platform)
• JTI /LD, Mild Seven/ (NCP plan)
• Forlle’d (brand strategy)
And many others, who sometimes just want to hear the opinion, and rarely want to pay for it.

GLOBAL Point (Integrated communacations agency)
Client service director
Defining “Client service” in the agency. How does a client want to be serviced. Developing rules, motivating a huge team (more than 15 people in two cities), checking the progress. These are the most important duties of that period of time. But “hunger for money” is always stronger, that's why administration duties sometimes were combined with “changes management”, or “special very important project's management”.
The biggest result is that we are facing leading agencies of the market in some tenders, and we are wining. Clients choose us and stay with us on such a competitive market. We doubled the agency's turnover in two years as well.

HoReCa promoter
My second huge company in the list. Big opportunities, big brands, very interesting HORECA channel. I was responsible for development, coordination and implementation of the top company’s brands (Dunhill, Kent, Vogue, Pall Mall) communication in HORECA in the region. From big sponsorship events to HORECA sales promotion activities. I was partly the brain, partly the hands for building the communication in HORECA channel.
Concerning the company - good opportunities for people with flexible morality. So I've decided to test myself in far more competitive atmosphere.

Red Bull Russia
Musketeer (HoReCa manager of «Red Bull Energy Drink»)
I established a communication with main promotion companies and HoReCa outlet’s owners in the city, which helped me a lot in increasing the number of outlets working with “Red Bull” (30% up) and raising a loyalty to the product. I implemented the “Red Bull Music Academy” presentation; coordinated “Red Bull King of the air” sports competition; considerably increased the loyalty of key HoReCa persons (owners, managers, DJs, promoters) to Red Bull; successfully coordinated the work of the sampling team.
It was best time of my life. Really. Crazy people, musicians, DJ’s, top clubs and bars and great company.
I do still remember Danilo Lange (Marketing director), who motivates only by his presence, who knows how to teach and never shut you up. Respect.

From strategy to user experience, I guess, it's the path the whole industry is taking at the moment. I mean, the advertisement industry. Services instead of banners. Exaggeratedly, of course.
Cause almost none of you love adds, right? Neither do I.
So I'm building my own product, but ready to be a valuable part of a new team.
