As a Human Resources specialist I had to demonstrate good people skills on a daily basis. Interactions with the prospective and current employees in the hotel were a big part of my job. Canadian management, Russian employees and all sort of customers from families with children, to the embassy staff created a mixed and highly demanding environment where good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills were a must. As for Embassy policies I had to get working visas for Canadian management, to prolong the term of such visas and other kind of visas for our customers
