More than 5 year experience in LTE (Huawei, ZTE) More than 3 year experience in GSM/UMTS (Ericsson) More than 2 year experience in CDMA/EVDO (Huawei) Managerial Key activities: • Managing the project and process of project phases • Knowledge transfer to the local operation RF Planning & Optimization team • Setting the strategy for the RF team, including processes and procedures to be implemented in the operations • Working with the customer staff and RF experts to troubleshot critical problems • Optimal utilization of local team, subcontractors, outsource staff within the budgetary limits • Working with the CTO, OD and RF mangers to offer the technical support RF Engineering, involving tasks such as: • Extensive work experience in GSM/WCDMA/LTE Radio Network Performance • City level, Cluster level, Site RF acceptance • Swap Project experience • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluation of the activities and operations of optimization department. • Providing client-oriented services through constructive communication skills to resolve issues, prepare and explain proposals and present engineering reports and findings • Troubleshooting of high level problems • Monitor network performance and alarms, Investigate and identify worst network performance , analyse and resolve network issues • Site Planning, Survey and Acquisition • Drive Test, Log analysis and optimization 2G, 3G and 4G Network using TEMS Investigation, TEMS Discovery , Report generation
