Managed Mechanical Construction (HVAC) and Piping erection activities. - Managed and followed up procurement on supplying of project material and consumables. - Managed and followed up procurement on supplying of material for workshops. - Defined and calculated required scope of scaffolding for pipeline erection and insulation works. - Negotiated with specialized subcontractors on pipeline erection, painting, scaffolding, and insulation works. - Checked, and approved method of statements for painting, HVAC, pipeline, and scaffolding works

Coordinated Mechanical Construction (HVAC) and piping erection activities. - Checked drawings, technical documentation, standards, and regulations for installation. - Checked and Prepared site Technical Queries, method of statements, and test procedures. - Made installation schedules and reports. - Managed installation in accordance with technical requirement regulation and standards (GOST, SP, Snip). - Implemented HSE procedures and standards for the areas where construction activities are produced. - Supervised contractors' performance: meeting construction deadlines, company standards compliance, HSE rules and regulations compliance, quality supervision (along with QA/QC department). - Conducting weekly Toolbox meeting on production issues, as well as on safe execution of works.
