Performing the whole range of works for topographic plans creation both in the built-up area of populated places and the wilderness (for ensuing pipeline design). The scale of topographic surveys that I execute for this purpose is 1:500 most of the time, 1:1000 and 1:2000 on occasion. The said range of works includes: - establishing a basic control network derived from survey markers of national geodetic control network by using GNSS surveying methods. - performing topographic survey in the field using both total stations and GNSS receivers in RTK-mode. - producing topographic plan drawing by using AutoCAD in compliance with generally accepted Russian conventional signs. - cooperation with utility companies for clarification, verification and affirmation of maintained-by-them underground pipelines and cables location on the topographic plan. - producing a final survey report containing detailed information about services perfomed. The majority of surveys was executed for the ensuing gas supply design in the regions of Sakha Republic (Yakutia) and Sakhalin Oblast, a few surveys were conducted in the regions of Khabarovsk Krai (including surveys directly in the city of Khabarovsk), Irkutsk Oblast (town of Ust-Kut, 2015) and Amur Oblast (town of Svobodny, 2019). I performed topographic surveys of large built-up areas in the cities of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (2014) and Khabarovsk (2012), was the head of one of the surveys crews who performed topographic surveys of the whole towns in Sakhalin oblast: Dolinsk (2013), Poronaysk (2018), Korsakov (a large part of the town, 2014), Alexandrovsk-Sakhalinsky (2018), Tymovskoye (2010) and others; in Sakha Republic (Yakutia): Olyokminsk (2019), Berdigestyakh (2016), Mirny (part of the town, 2010), Lensk (part of the town, 2019); in Khabarovsk Krai: Nikolayevsk-on-Amur (2012), Elban (2015) and many more small ones. Gas pipelines planned route surveying and staking out: Power of Siberia pipeline branches to the towns of Olyokminsk, Iengra, Bechencha (2017) and many others in Yakutia. I've mentioned here the big projects only.
