SQL Queries / Views Development and Testing Selected accomplishments: Multipart views using advanced decoding functions such as DECODE, OVER (PARTITION BY... ORDER BY...), joins, grouping and conditions to extract data from Lookups table for Portfolio Change Report; View to extract incident acknowledge time and incident resolve time using CASE structures, sub-queries, joins, conditions, and grouping for Monthly Summary Report; View to retrieve data for List of Tickets with Breached Acknowledgement Report. Report Development / Testing with SAP Business Objects Crystal Reports Tool My reports have been often noted as timely provided, and as meeting all necessary requirements. Selected accomplishments: 8-page report displaying IT Performance AT-A-Glance. The report included seven linked sub-reports; Complex report highlighting tickets assigned to the service department, date of received tickets, date tickets were transferred to another team, team member response time, and alerts. The report contained multiple running totals and more than 70 formulas; such as, NthLargest, NthSmallest, DateDiff, Control Structures, String and Date and Time Variables, Counts, Remainders, Joins, and other Field, Selection and Formatting formulas; Report displaying open tickets by Severity, Category with Date Assigned, Last Action Date and Last Action Notes. The reports includes multiple charts, used Global and Local variables, and various formulas such as DateDiff, ToNumber, ToText, IsNull, and Join; Summary of Scheduled Requests for Changes (RFCs); specifically totals, outstanding, successful, failed, and incomplete RFCs. The report included Date and Time functions, Summaries, Control Structures, Variables, and Running Totals; Report displaying Changes of Partner Portfolios. The report included two sub-reports - RFCs Schedule and Detailed Descriptive Information; Monthly Summary Reports displays tickets actioned by Service Departments by Province also further specified totals, closed, and pending tickets. The report utilized Control Structures, Grouping, Variables, numerous formulas, and functions; Report providing quarterly PeopleSoft dashboard data included Type Conversion, Summary, String functions, Date and Time, Math, String formulas and Control Structures. Maintenance of Integration Servers Actions included: Developed queries and extracted large sets of data from DirectInfo system.
