Involved projects:  D-Island Dual SOV installation  Blast Proof Containerized Buildings  Cathodic Protection for FG3  LPG blow down line  PWS Modification - Solids Pre-Treatment and Tertiary Treatment for Train 3  DBB installation for BD SOVs at EPC 2,3,4 Duties:  Preparation of project control reports including but not limited to scheduling updates and analysis, progress reporting to both the management and the client and various reporting for the management  Perform a variety of cost engineering functions including cost control, budget preparations, forecasting and cost reporting under supervision of Project Control Leads and Project Services Manager  Monitoring project progress and cost of on-going projects based on the approved Project Control Estimate  Study and understand all relevant project documents relating to the cost management of allocated project  Assisting Project Control Leads in identifying and gaining approval of Estimates / Change Requests  Monitor and update cost commitment and expenditure information for input to the internal cost controls system and reporting system on a weekly/monthly basis  Recording of all approved PO`s as issued for cost committed  Coordinate Management of Change process  Make sure good communication is established b/n Project Delivery, Project Services team and Contract Engineers with corresponding inputs of Estimators, Planners and Finance team representatives to keep change proposals clearly stated  Organize Risk Assessment meeting to identify and create Risk Assessment form  Analyse/Check and challenge the information coming from the contractors, especially VOWD (Indirect PCNs)

Project Engineering (ESC & EPC contract, NCOC project) Involved projects: • Riser Island Piling and Excavation work (Reinstatement) • Tight Shut Off Valve Replacement • Replacement of Muster Area Doors in Module-11-12 • GE-5 Gas Metering Station Upgrade • Train 1/2 HP Separator Level Tx Mods • OPF HVAC Intake Weather Protection • PA_GA Mute Function Mods • Flash Gas Compressor Replacement • OPF Karabatan Tie-Ins project Duties: • Meet Company goals in relation to safety, quality and real-time performance improvements • Assist to manage projects from the start of "Define" phase till "Commissioning". • Development of RFS as per agreed scope • Assist to Developing projects from ascertaining client goals through basis of design, FEED studies, risk assessments, safety case and change management reviews, detailed scopes of work, CTR compilation for scope changes, schedule reviews, cost forecasts, project execution plans • Work with planners to ensure that Weekly Reports reflect the situation for that moment (Progress, Productivity etc.) • Development of Project schedule with planning team ensuring that expected completion dates by client are reflected in schedule • To ensure that all schedules reflect latest information • To ensure that discipline engineers provide required deliverables on committed dates • Development of Type III Estimates and Procurement Plans for each project with estimators • Assist to manage small projects discipline team members for successful execution of Projects, setting schedules, co-ordination, monitoring and control of project time and cost and risk mitigation • To work closely with procurement team to ensure that all activities are being done as per Company Procedures • Reviews and communicates progress and performance status to the Project Engineer, flagging any potential slippage and areas of concern. • Weekly, Monthly reports compiling and validation • Conducting weekly external meeting with the client as well as internal weekly progress meetings • Preparation of Service requests as a part of Construction support • Liaison with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers • Interfacing with Leads to get accurate progress • Managed Action Register ensure action are closed out in a timely manner • Organization of HAZOP Meeting • Monitoring all phases of Engineering Drawings issue activity • Preparation of RLMU and As Built drawings for TechNadzor approve • Preparation all required drawings for Author Supervision approve • Help to develop Basis of Design, FEED Reports, Risk Register, and Criticality Assessment Report • Preparation of MR for Fabrication and Installation activity • Preparation of Presentation for KOM
