Monthly participation in month end closings according US GAAP in interunit markup, reserve calculations based on statutory 1C data. Plan, forecasts and budgetings for all divisions and product lines with providing actual-plan variances explanations. Credit Control checking and new customers aprroval system implementation.

While building new plant: Financial control and reporting RAS/US GAAP, monthly transformation tables, HFM forms, and US GAAP package to the HQ. Quarterly calculation of deffered tax. SOX control maintenance. Providing daily support to operation and facility management. Contracts review under tax and finance aspects. Budget preparation / CAPEX plan. ERP (Oracle) implementation support, involving in standart cost implemantaion system.

Several types of reports under client (Exxon) requests including different types of costs checking and all invoices billing turnover (estimations, reconciliations, etc). Manhours (reimbursable working hours) checking and providing through CATs reports in SAP. Daily communications with the client finance team. Monthly closing according IFRS including verifying statutory accounting books, transformation from RAS to IFRS and preparation final packages with BS, IS, CF reports on monthly basis for HQ (Oslo) purposes. Posting of all kinds of required transactions in SAP and Hyperion. Participation in quarterly and year ends audits conducting by Big 4 Co. Coordination (with statutory accountants) of closing procurement contracts with foreign suppliers. IC confirmations with HQ. International payments transactions in foreign bank-client online system. Providing trainings for local statutory accountants in Excel, SAP and company forms filling in.

Project issues: Billing and providing client invoices with all supporting documentations, posting project accruals, detailed project cost control and analysis every month. Management accounting issues: recording of bank & petty cash; employees, Amex, prepaid and other expenses, accruals; FA and depreciation; reconciliation of the Intercompany charges; BS (Balance Sheet) reconciliation according SOX; develop internal project financial statements and reports, procedures and policies; Work agreements making; cashflow reports; calculation of FIT(Foreign Income Tax) on monthly basis
