Actually I manage all development activities from very early stages. Last time we had about 2.5M USD/Year and raise Series A. Due to we work mostly for Opticians and etc we face with real crisis in US (https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6652251149502160896/) and it is the main reason for me to search for new chalenges. We started with Kanban and then move to Scrum (due to request for more transperancy from business side). We started with just 5 people in development, me as a technical project manager and 2 cofounder and grow up to 11 developers and about 40 total companywide. Development team always was distributed and fully remote (from Novosibirsk to Budapest). I think ability to organise distrebuted team was my main chalenge on start and it was succesfully achived. And I think it is one of my current key benefits due to quarantine.
