The platform is designed and able to support up to 100+ million parcels delivered to the USA buyers. Own the Complete MarketPlace platform - the solution allowing through a single integration to sell products to customers outside the United States on China (TMall), India (Flipcart), and Japan (Rakuten) marketplaces. E2E experience including store setup, localized merchandising and marketing strategies, product listing management, customer care, order processing, and international fulfillment. Design and improve the Cross Border E-commerce platform to support major partner programs including GSP eBay. The platform features are full landed retail quote, ordering, shipping, classifications & restrictions, and fulfillment processes.

Lead, organize, direct and coordinate the efforts of the four teams including Solution Delivery, PMO, Product Development, and UAT to develop new and existing SCI Marketview products and services that meet customers' needs and ultimately drive future growth for SCI Marketview.

Responsible to design, document, and deliver major changes to the www.ford.ca website including large content changes, new functionality, user interface re-skinning, and implementation of 20 marketing efforts by Ford of Canada. Analyze and report the major site KPIs to handle 20000 daily site visitors.
